Each product is subject to fading after a few years. The statues we sell are hand-painted with a UV-resistant paint. However, if they are exposed to direct sunlight, they will lose colour. This is not covered by the warranty.
We care for our products and therefore we do our utmost to have them delivered to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it is possible that a product breaks during transport or something else happens for which you can claim warranty. According to the law, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. In case the defect is covered by the warranty, we will take care of the repairs or replacement free of charge.
