Art Grec
This Hellenistic relief shows the three Graces, daughters of Zeus and constant companions of Aphrodite, the goddess of love. Aglaea represents beauty, Euphrosyne represents joy and Thalia represents abundance and happiness. They almost seem to be dancing here. This lively style and the suggested rhythmic movement are characteristic of this period in late Greek sculpture
