Is it safe to buy products at this webshop?

Yes. Our web shop is secured with an SSL certificate. This is shown by the little lock in the URL bar.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

All products are available from stock (in The Netherlands). Delivery in Europe usefully takes 2-4 working days depending of your country. Outside of Europe is difficult to say, also because of customs. Take 1 or 2 weeks in consideration. You will get a trackingscode to follow your delivery to your adresss.

Can I have my order delivered to a different adress?

Yes, this is possible. For example, as a gift to someone or to your work place. You can make this known in the ordering process.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use all common payment methods (Paypall, Creditcard and banktransfer).

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart before payment. For longer distances or larger orders consisting of multiple items, the shipping costs may occasionally exceed your payment. We will then contact you first to discuss your requirements. If the costs prove too high for you, you will receive a full refund. For US customers, you can have a maximum of 5 items shipped per order.

VAT and customs

Popart Statues ships worldwide. Large companies like ours, must make use of the “Unieregeling” in Europe. Within Europe, the VAT rate is therefore calculated for the country to which the goods are shipped. We can only determine the VAT rate once the country has been entered at checkout. This means that the costs may be slightly lower (when VAT rate is lower then 21%) or higher (when VAT rate is higher then 21%) when paying.

When shipping outside of Europe VAT is excluded in the price. Shipped packages are assessed by customs. Please note that local taxes and any import duties may be charged to you.
